Chief John M. Narcise
John started his career in 1984 after graduating from the Philadelphia Police Academy.
He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a Graduate Degree from West Chester University.
Prior to coming to Willistown, John worked for the West Chester Borough Police Department.
Lieutenant Robert P. Klinger
Lieutenant Klinger joined the Willistown Police Department in 1989.
He has a BA from Villanova University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Sergeant James Daniels
Sergeant Daniels has been a police officer since 1985.
He graduated from Upper Darby High School and Delaware County Community College.
Sergeant Michael Martin
Sergeant Martin has been a police officer for 27 years. He attended Upper Merion High School and West Chester University.
Sergeant George Hill
Sergeant Hill has been a police officer for 23 years. He graduated from Springfield High School and the Delaware County Police Academy.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University.
Sergeant Michael LaPira
Sergeant LaPira has been a police officer for more than twenty years.
He is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He serves as the department’s firearms, Taser, and ASP Instructor.
Detective Jeff Heim
Detective Heim has been employed by the Willistown Police since 1999.
He is currently assigned to the criminal investigation unit and has been for the past 7 years.
Detective Heim graduated from West Chester University with a BS in Criminal Justice.
He also has been a member of the West Chester Emergency Response Team for the past 5 years.
Detective Stephen Jones
Steve has been a police officer since 1995 and is a graduate of the Philadelphia Police Academy.
He was hired by Willistown in 2003 and currently works as a Detective and serves as the Department’s Public Information Officer.
He is a former Army Cavalry Officer and has a Masters Degree in Public Safety from Saint Joseph’s University.
Officer Kevin Ashe
Officer Ashe has been a Police Officer in Chester County since 2006 and is a graduate of the Delaware County Police Academy.
He joined the Willistown Township Police Department in January of 2011 after working for the West Whiteland Police Department.
Officer Luis Bills
Officer Bills has been with the Willistown Police since 2003. He is a traffic enforcement officer and specializes in Motor Traffic Enforcement.
He is a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team.
Officer Matthew Brown
Officer Brown has been in Law Enforcement since 2004 and graduated from the Delaware County Police Academy.
He is also an EMT and firefighter.
Officer Zachary Bullock
Officer Bullock has been with Willistown since 1995 and is a graduate of the Delaware County Police Academy.
He has been a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team since 2006.
Officer Michael Kushner
Officer Kushner has been a police officer since 1986. He graduated from Great Valley High School and the Delaware County Police Academy.
Officer Kushner is a member of the Willistown Police Department’s bicycle unit.
Officer Mark Monroe
Mark is a graduate of the Central Columbia High School in Bloomsburg, PA and the Delaware County Police Academy.
He is a United State Marine Corps Veteran and served in Iraq and Kuwait in 2004-
Prior to joining the Willistown Police Department in 2008, he worked for the Ocean City, MD Police Department and the Malvern Borough Police Department.
Officer William Murrin
Bill is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, PA.
He graduated from Monsignor Bonner High School in 2001 and the Delaware County Police Academy in 2005.
Officer Andrew Wahn
Officer Wahn is a 1994 graduate of West Chester University and has been a police officer since 2000.
He has worked as a field training officer and on the bike patrol unit.
He is a NRA certified pistol, shotgun, and rifle instructor. He is a member of the West Chester Regional Emergency Response Team.
Officer Robert S. Will
Officer Will has been with the Willistown Police Department since 1990 and is a member of the Traffic Safety Unit and Accident Reconstruction Unit.
He is also an Assistant Chief with the Goshen Fire Company in West Chester, PA.
