The Willistown Police Department has 24-hour police coverage. All officers are trained and certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All officers participate in continual training programs.
We have officers who are available to speak to community groups on a variety of topics.
We have a portable speed trailer that is available to place in your neighborhood to help reduce speeding.
We have officers assigned to the Chester County Drug Task Force, Accident Investigation Team, D.A.R.E. and our Regional S.W.A.T. Team.

Awards Night

Detective Jeffrey Heim named the 2011 Officer of the Year

Detective Jeff Heim was honored as the 2011 Officer of the Year on Monday, January 23, 2012 at the annual police awards ceremony.   Heim, a 13 year veteran of the Willistown Police Department, is a three time recipient of the award.   
Heim was voted Officer of the Year by his peers for his dedication and service to the citizens of Willistown.  We congratulate Jeff on this well-deserved honor.

Numerous officers received commendations for their actions during the 2011 calendar year.

For their role in an October of 2011 theft investigation

For their actions on July 11, 2011 that resulted in saving the life of a 58 year old man in Cardiac Arrest
